Agreement

By accessing and using SupplyChainCRM.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

Service Description

SupplyChainCRM provides a compliance management, bid pipeline, and AI-assisted quoting platform designed for UK manufacturers. The platform is offered in three deployment tiers: Cloud, SecureDrive, and Air. Service availability, features, and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Eligibility

SupplyChainCRM is intended for use by UK-registered businesses. You must be authorised to act on behalf of your organisation to register for or use our services.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, maintaining the security of your account credentials, ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable laws and regulations, and any data you input into the system.

AI-Generated Content

SupplyChainCRM uses artificial intelligence to generate compliance assessments, opportunity scores, relationship recommendations, and quote estimates. AI-generated outputs are provided as decision-support tools and do not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice. You should verify AI-generated outputs against your own professional judgment and seek independent advice where appropriate.

EU AI Act Compliance Features

Our EU AI Act compliance tracking features are designed to help you document and manage your compliance obligations. They do not guarantee compliance with the EU AI Act or any other regulation. You are responsible for ensuring your own regulatory compliance, and we recommend seeking specialist legal advice regarding your specific obligations.

SecureDrive and Air Deployments

SecureDrive and Air tier deployments involve encrypted hardware provided by third-party manufacturers (e.g. iStorage, Kingston). Hardware warranties, certifications, and support are provided by the hardware manufacturer. SupplyChainCRM's responsibility is limited to the software pre-installed on the device.

Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation. For SecureDrive and Air deployments, your operational data remains on your premises and is not transmitted to our servers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupplyChainCRM and QR4 Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of QR4 Limited unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Termination

Either party may terminate a subscription with 30 days' written notice. On termination, your access to the platform will cease, and you will be able to export your data for 30 days following termination.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
